How long does it take to receive the floor plan measurements?Standard delivery time is up to 7 days after the on-site measurement is completed. We also offer expedited service with delivery in 3- 4 days for an additional fee of $200.

What is your pricing structure?Our pricing starts at $0.55 per square foot for CAD files and $0.66 per square foot for Revit files. The minimum charge is based on 1545 square feet, meaning even if your project is smaller than 1545 sq ft, the minimum cost will still apply.

Do you provide exterior measurements as well?Currently, our services cover only the interior elements of a floor plan, such as walls, doors, and windows. Exterior and structural measurements are not included.

How do I schedule a measurement?You can easily schedule a site visit by contacting us via phone or filling out the form on our website. Please provide two preferred dates and times—your first choice and a backup. We’ll do our best to accommodate your first option and will confirm the appointment shortly.

Do I need to be present during the site measurement?While we prefer someone to be on-site to provide access and answer any questions, we understand this may not always be possible. In such cases, we can make custom arrangements to ensure the measurement is completed smoothly.

What if my project requires faster turnaround time?We offer an expedited service for urgent projects. For a $200 rush fee, we can deliver the floor plan measurements within 3-4 days after the site visit.

Is there a minimum project size requirement?There is no minimum size requirement for a project. However, we have a minimum charge based on 1545 square feet, meaning that even smaller projects will be billed for the equivalent of 1545 sq ft.

How do I get an accurate cost estimate?To provide an accurate estimate, we need the square footage of your project and the property address.

What if I can’t be on-site for the technician's visit?We understand schedules can be tight! If you can’t be on-site, we offer a key drop-off option with prior arrangements, or you can arrange for a property manager or agent to provide access.

What happens if our technician can't access the property?If our technician is unable to access the property due to a lockout or no-show, a mandatory $300 rescheduling fee will apply. Additionally, you'll be charged $2.30 per mile for the technician's travel time. You can reschedule once for free if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance, but availability may be limited. Subsequent reschedules, even with 24 hours' notice, will incur a $150 fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours will also incur a $150 fee.

What if I don't know the exact size of the property? How will the 70% deposit be calculated?If you're unsure of the property's size, we can provide a ballpark estimate based on public data and your address. We'll start with a 70% deposit based on this estimate, typically starting with the minimum charge for 1,545 sq ft. Once our technician completes the accurate measurements, we’ll adjust the final bill. The remaining 30% will be charged based on the precise square footage, which could be more or less than the initial estimate, depending on the actual floor plan measurements.

What if I provide the wrong square footage of the property?If the square footage you provide is inaccurate, we will still proceed based on the actual measurements taken by our technician. If the actual size is larger or smaller than initially estimated, we will adjust the final bill accordingly. The remaining 30% will be based on the precise measurements, ensuring you are charged fairly for the actual square footage measured on-site.
