A legal disclaimer
We provide comprehensive site measurement services, aiming to deliver accurate and reliable results. All appointments require a 70% deposit to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the CAD or Revit files. All payments can be made through secure methods such as credit card, ACH, or Zelle.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
Policies:

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule once for free, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. For rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, a $150 fee applies. A no-show or lack of access to the property will result in a mandatory $300 rescheduling fee.

Liability: We ensure accuracy in measurements; however, the responsibility for ensuring access to the property and providing the necessary information falls on the client.
Our Site Measurement Booking Process
Choose Your Preferred Appointment Time:Select a date and time for our team to visit your property. Each appointment requires a minimum 4-hour window to complete measurements. Once booked, we will confirm your choice or offer alternatives if needed.
Confirmation Call from Our Project Manager:
After scheduling, one of our project managers will call you within 24 hours to confirm project details. We'll review the property specifics to ensure accurate measurements.
Secure Your Appointment with a 70% Deposit:
Following the confirmation call, a payment link will be sent to complete the 70% deposit to secure the appointment.
Appointment Reminder:
24 hours before the appointment, you'll receive a reminder with the final details, including our arrival time and any last-minute instructions.
Intellectual Property:
Once full payment is received, clients have complete ownership of the CAD/Revit files. You are free to use, modify, or share the files as needed without any restrictions.
